Terms and Conditions of the “Halloween at FESTFLOOR. Free Delivery on Microcement Kits” Promotion
1. Promotion organiser
The promotion is organised by Grupa Fest Sp. z o.o., ul. Szczęśliwicka 54/844, 02-353 Warsaw, Poland, NIP (tax identification number): 7011180788, REGON (statistical identification number): 527254936, KRS (National Court Register number): 0001076022, the operator of the Festfloor.com online store.
2. Promotion period
The promotion runs from 26 October 2026 to 2 November 2026 inclusive, according to Polish time. The promotion applies only to orders placed through the Festfloor.com online store during this period.
3. Scope of the promotion
The promotion applies to microcement kits available in the following category of the Festfloor.com online store: https://festfloor.com/collections/kits
The promotion excludes the microcement test kit and the substrate reinforcement kit.
4. Promotion rules
- The promotion provides free delivery of microcement kits covered by the promotion.
- Customers who purchase a microcement kit covered by the promotion during the promotion period may benefit from free delivery.
- The promotion applies only to the products specified in Section 3 of these Terms and Conditions, excluding the test kit and the substrate reinforcement kit.
- The promotion does not constitute a reduction in the price of the purchased products, but a waiver of their delivery charges under the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
- The promotion is valid only during the period specified in Section 2 of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Combining promotions
The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, discount codes, special offers or individually agreed commercial terms, unless the Organiser expressly decides otherwise.
6. Returns
Products purchased under the promotion may be returned in accordance with the returns policy set out in the Festfloor.com online store’s terms and conditions and applicable law.
7. Complaints
The promotion does not exclude or limit customers’ rights to make complaints concerning products.
Complaints concerning products purchased under the promotion and their delivery are handled in accordance with the Festfloor.com terms and conditions and applicable law.
8. No cash or other equivalent
The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or any other equivalent.
Free delivery granted under the promotion cannot be exchanged for a discount or shopping voucher, or paid out in cash.
9. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for valid legal, organisational or technical reasons. Such amendments will not affect rights acquired by customers before the amendments take effect.
10. Availability of the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are available on Festfloor.com throughout the promotion period.
11. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by the Festfloor.com terms and conditions and applicable Polish law, taking into account mandatory consumer protection provisions.
These Terms and Conditions take effect on 26 October 2026.
